采用高級(jí)鈦合金材料研制而成。內(nèi)部晶粒結(jié)構(gòu)緊密、細(xì)致。熱處理性能更穩(wěn)定，變形量極小。

·表面采用高科技復(fù)合鍍工藝，鍍上極薄一層具有自潤(rùn)滑作用的耐磨物質(zhì)，并滲入鋼領(lǐng)表面。上車(chē)走熟期極短。

·鋼領(lǐng)與鋼絲圈接觸面屬于異相摩擦，因此，不易發(fā)生粘連磨損，避免鋼領(lǐng)跑道發(fā)生早期衰退現(xiàn)象，壽命與傳統(tǒng)光面鋼領(lǐng)相比可延長(zhǎng)至5--7倍。

·卓越的表面處理工藝，使鋼領(lǐng)表面幾乎永不生銹。

·錫鷗牌鈦合金鋼領(lǐng)材質(zhì)極為耐磨，因此，磨損量極微。在翻改紡紗品種時(shí)（指中、細(xì)支紗）不需拆下，必要時(shí)可在車(chē)上用柔軟織物（或回絲）對(duì)跑道進(jìn)行擦拭清理一次，并換上相應(yīng)重量的（最好是同型號(hào)的）鋼絲圈即可進(jìn)行試紡。

·本鋼領(lǐng)適合紡織任何纖維及各種支紗，對(duì)鋼絲圈的選配無(wú)特殊要求，能使紡紗斷頭降低，毛羽減少。質(zhì)量長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定在較好的水平上。

·該鋼領(lǐng)質(zhì)量差異小，為減少細(xì)紗錠差打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。
