YCHN303型花式捻線機采用新型紡機控制系統(tǒng)。該控制系統(tǒng)由觸摸屏實現(xiàn)對系統(tǒng)的集中控制。系統(tǒng)實時性好，控制精度高，使用方便。
工藝調(diào)控方便、快捷；
各羅拉轉速及退捻捻度均可無級調(diào)節(jié)；
機械轉動平穩(wěn)、噪音低、斷頭率低；
可連續(xù)作業(yè)，不停機落紗，產(chǎn)量高；
本機型不僅能喂粗紗(毛條)，也能喂入細紗代替兩羅拉紡制圈圈紗和波紋紗。
本機可控制六臺變頻機，且具有同步調(diào)速功能。
本機可實現(xiàn)勻速運行，分段運行和兩段隨機運行三種方式。
本機可存儲運行參數(shù)，斷電不丟失，并且參數(shù)可隨時存儲及調(diào)用。
本機可對參數(shù)進行在線調(diào)整。
