ASBG001 氣壓式自動(dòng)棉箱

用途：本機(jī)是國(guó)內(nèi)最先進(jìn)的喂棉機(jī)構(gòu)，置于開松機(jī)后面，借輸棉風(fēng)機(jī)的作用，將充分開松的纖維均勻填充到本機(jī)上棉箱，再經(jīng)過(guò)一對(duì)羅拉及打手作用，以及循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)吹風(fēng)作用，在下棉箱產(chǎn)生均勻筵棉，再由一對(duì)軋輥輸出，供梳理機(jī)使用。

主要特征：本機(jī)采用SCC控制技術(shù)自動(dòng)控制，結(jié)合變頻器達(dá)到連續(xù)均勻喂棉的效果，并可通過(guò)下棉箱吸風(fēng)口的風(fēng)門調(diào)節(jié)來(lái)調(diào)整橫向均勻度。

Applications: The machine is the most advanced mechanism of feeder. It is put at the back of opener. Relying on the effect of fan for cotton feeding. it can fill the opened fully fiber to the cotton box.. Then relying on the effect of a pair roller and beater hammer and blowing effect of circle fan, the uniform cotton will be formed at the low cotton box. The uniform cotton is transported through a pair roller and supplied to carding machine for use.
Main features: The machine adapts SCC control technique to control automatically. Combined the transducer, the effect of continuous cotton feeding can be got. Meanwhile the transverse evenness can be adjusted through the throttle at the air suction mouth of low cotton box.
