結(jié)構(gòu)說明
定子：
定子鐵心嵌完繞組后經(jīng)浸漬處理成為一個(gè)完整體，紅組及絕緣具有良好的電氣、機(jī)械、防潮性能及熱穩(wěn)定性。
電動(dòng)機(jī)的絕緣等級(jí)為B級(jí)。
轉(zhuǎn)子：
采用熱套或冷壓工藝將鑄鋁轉(zhuǎn)子固定在軸上，轉(zhuǎn)子經(jīng)校正平衡，電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)平衡，振動(dòng)小。
接線盒：
具有良好的密封性能，盒內(nèi)有較大空腔，出線口有鎖緊裝置，并可從與電動(dòng)機(jī)軸線平行或垂直的四個(gè)方向任意出線。從軸伸端視之，出線盒在機(jī)座的右邊。按用戶需要，80-160機(jī)座的出線盒亦可在左邊。
風(fēng)扇、風(fēng)罩：
全系列風(fēng)扇與軸采用鍵配合，運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)可靠。
風(fēng)罩由薄鋼板拉伸后沖孔制成，風(fēng)路順暢，外形美觀，剛性好。
軸承及軸承室：
全系列采用電機(jī)專用軸承，80-132機(jī)座在軸伸端軸承室內(nèi)裝有波形彈簧片，可消除軸承游隙，有效地抑制電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行時(shí)的振動(dòng)和噪聲。
Construction:
Stator:
After the treatment of impregnation, the winding of the stator becomes an integral, with insulation highly resistant to both heat and moisture and possessing good electrical and mechanical properties. insulation is B class.
Rotor:
The cast aluminium rotor is to be fitted to the shaft by means of shrinkage or pression and it ensures the smooth operation and small vibration after being dynamically blanced.
Terminal Box:
As despatched from works, all motors have a capacious and fully-sealed terminal box with a location device on the outlet. The terminal box is designed to permit cable entry in any of the four directions at 90° intervals.
Cooling Fan and Fan Housing:
The cooling fan is cooperated with the shaft by means of a key. The operation of fan is reliable. The fan housing made of sheet steel is rigid and ventilated to match the modern appearance and is in conformity with Protection IP44.
Bearing and Bearing Room:
Special bearings for motor are used.In the bearing-room at the drive end of Frame 80-132 a spring blade is arranged so as to prevent the movement of the bearings and effectively to control the vibration and noise while the motor is running.
