使單色引緯織機(jī)簡(jiǎn)單地升級(jí)為雙色任意選緯織機(jī)。擴(kuò)大了織造范圍，可織造出高附加值的產(chǎn)品。
性能穩(wěn)定，操作簡(jiǎn)單，在提高生產(chǎn)效率和織物質(zhì)量的同時(shí)，大大降低了擋車工的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。
由于舍棄了機(jī)械儲(chǔ)緯測(cè)長(zhǎng)用的鼓風(fēng)電機(jī)，大大節(jié)省了電力消耗，更免除了更換機(jī)械儲(chǔ)緯器易損件的費(fèi)用。
只需簡(jiǎn)單調(diào)節(jié)儲(chǔ)緯鼓的直徑（連續(xù)可調(diào)）和改變釋放圈數(shù)，可精確調(diào)節(jié)緯紗的長(zhǎng)度，從而避免了緯紗不必要的浪費(fèi)。
由于采用了增量型解度編碼器，各種引緯參數(shù)的調(diào)整都可用一只設(shè)置終端來完成。

Upgrade the single insertion looms to two colors pick-at-will looms

Blast motor for measuring length on mechanical weft storage is no

The weft length can be precisely adjusted by changing the diameter of weft storage drum (adjustable consecutively) and changing the release turns, thus the waste of weft can be avoided.
The incremental encoder sensor secures correct timing for the weft
insertion and all insert parameters can be adjusted by a hand terminal
