The Computerized Pantyhose jacquard knitting machine can plain weave,mesh and jacquard weave three-color patterns can be knitted in a low,Timyarn,jacquard, pattern jacquardand other patterns.  The machine can widely usenylon yarn, coreyarn, velvet, nylon, milksilkand other raw materials to producestockingfabrics, includingjacquard socks,high-quality pattern jacquard socks, pairs socks, longstockings, pantyhose, and nine point’s stockings products.

主要功能：

1.四路進紗，每組喂紗裝置配備8把梭子，可滿足各種襪品的生產(chǎn)需要；

2.主口梭子采用了分體式設(shè)計，大大降低客戶的使用成本且便于維修；

3.線圈組織的針弧大小、襪品的尺寸，均由高精度足功率的步進馬達控制針筒的上下來實現(xiàn)，也可通過控制4個成圈三角的步進馬達來控制成圈三角的高低來實現(xiàn)；

4.采用了高靈敏的裸氨輸送器，通過調(diào)節(jié)輸送器控制裸氨的松緊，便于編織各型美腿襪；

5.采用了環(huán)形紗架，配備了光電感應(yīng)斷紗器，從而大大提高了報警及時性，減少了紗線浪費；

6.密度調(diào)節(jié)，通過針筒、密度三角、生克三角三個部分，對織物密度進行調(diào)節(jié)。

7.可編織不同浮線橡筋和各色提花圖案，并可在同一橫列提2至3色的提花圖案，有花中花的功能；

8.采用全方位安全保護措施（氣源處理系統(tǒng)、油量報警、過載停車等），最大限度防止機器損壞、保障人員安全；

9.在軸承、電磁閥、同步帶、織針、花鍵類均選用了進口配件同時，采用了科學合理的裝配工藝，從而使得機器穩(wěn)定性好、噪音低。

1.4-way feeders, each yarn feeder device is equipped with 8 shuttles, which can meet             requirements of all variety of socks;

2.The main shuttle adopts independent design system, which greatly reduce customer's usage cost and easily for maintenance;

3.Stitch density and socks size are finished by cylinder being up and down which controlled from high-precision stepper motor .

4. It adopts one highly sensitive bare spandex carrier, which can adjust tightness of the bare spandex and easily to knit all types of socks;

5.Circular creel with a photoelectric sensor which can greatly improving the alarm on time and reduce yarn waste;

6.Stitch density control,the stitch density addjust to cylinder,stitch cam and sinker cam;

7.Standard model machine adopts DEIMO computer design system , which have good quality in performance and functions;

8.It can weave different floating line elastics and jacquard patterns. And one course can knit 2-3 colors motif with pattern jacquard function.  

9.Equipped with enough protection measures (air compressor system, auto lubrication alarm, overload stop, etc.) to prevent damage to the machine and keep safety of personnel;
